Q. Tell me about MH Designs.

A. MH Designs Jewelry is the jewelry design company started by Michelle Henzel. MH Designs creates elegant beaded jewelry using high-quality Swarovski pearls and crystals, sterling silver, beads, semi-precious gems, freshwater pearls, vermeil and 14kt gold. Michelle runs her business from beautiful Niwot, Colorado and is best known for her jewelry in the Denver, Boulder, Longmont and Louisville area. She participates in jewelry shows across Colorado and travels to shows in New York each fall.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You may either use the Contact page to send an e-mail or call me directly to discuss your order. I will call you personally to arrange payment by credit card. In order to protect your privacy and security I will not accept payment information through e-mail or online.

Q. What is the fee for Shipping & Handling?

A. In most cases the total Shipping & Handling fee will be $5.00. For large orders the fee may increase to reflect the size and weight.

Q. Can I get my bracelet or necklace in a different length than is shown in the picture?

A. Yes. Jewelry can be customized. The price will reflect the difference in length.

Q. Will my piece look exactly like the one in the picture?

A. Usually. However from time to time a bead, clasp or chain may be replaced with a comparable piece. In the event of a substitution I will discuss this with you beforehand.

Q. Do you make custom jewelry?
